Transcripts

If you did not graduate within the past 2 years, please continue on to the CHCCS District Website to request academic records.

Recent CHHS Graduates: Please contact Ms. Devine (lbassdevine@chccs.k12.nc.us) directly for a copy of your transcript. There is a $5 fee for each transcript. **The first transcript is free.**

Current CHHS Students: There is a $5 fee for each transcript requested for college/university applications. College transcripts should be requested through Naviance. Payments should be made through the K12 Payment Center. 

There is no fee for transcripts requested for summer enrichment or scholarship purposes. Email your counselor or Ms. Devine to request a copy. 

For students requesting transcripts as part of the college/university admissions process, the following points should be considered closely:

• Request a transcript for each college/university for which you need to submit an official transcript.
• Complete the transcript request at least two (2) weeks in advance of the deadline.
