Greetings Class of 2023, it's time to start planning for graduation!

Graduation Product Ordering:

Herff Jones is the vendor for graduation products for our students. Orders for graduation materials can be completed online at WWW.HIGHSCHOOL.HERFFJONES.COM.  The linked video includes instructions on how to place an order.  All orders will be completed online this year. When placing an order, please be sure to consider the following: 

• All students must have a black cap and gown, tassel and gold stole to participate in the graduation ceremony.   
• Students are allowed to use a cap/gown from a former student if it's not more than two years old.  Caps and gowns that have been used multiple years often look worn and can end up being a significantly different color than newer gowns. 
• Purchase of any additional items (such as invitations, class rings, apparel, etc) is completely optional. When ordering these items, please be sure to indicate appropriate sizes.

CHCCS Graduation Fee:

Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools requires a graduation fee of $20 from each student participating in the graduation ceremony. This fee covers the cost of diploma printing, diploma covers and ceremony decor.  This fee must be paid online via the K12 Payment Center (see link on CHHS Website) by March 1, 2023. Make sure the payment is made under CHHS to ensure proper processing.
